At CB Jewelry Design, we take immense pride in handcrafting unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it! If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are here to help make the return process as simple as possible.

1. Return Window
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please request a return as soon as possible after receiving your item. To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must be received back by us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

2. Item Condition & Packaging
Because our handcrafted jewelry items are unique and delicate:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition without damage or alterations.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and protective wrap) to ensure they travel safely back to us.

3. How to Initiate a Return & Shipping Fees

  • Contact Us: Reach out to us at CB Jewelry Design with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Prepaid Label: Once your request is approved, we will email to you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within [e.g., 3–5 business days].
  • Please note that your final refund will equal the original purchase price minus the cost of the return shipping label.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at CB Jewelry Design with photos of the item and packaging so we can promptly resolve the issue for you.
