At CB Jewelry Design, each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted and packed with care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard order processing typically takes 2–3 business days before shipment.
- Notification of Delays: If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, we will reach out to you directly via email to keep you updated.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options
We currently ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS):
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically taking 2–5 business days once dispatched.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request during checkout. Expedited orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail for an additional shipping fee.
3. Shipping Destinations & Surcharges
- Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship to destinations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are welcome, but please note that additional shipping charges may apply based on destination rates.
4. Order Tracking
Once your shipping label is created and your order leaves our studio, you will receive an automated email containing your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
